• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Your country or region
• Travel details such as destinations, dates, number of travellers, budget and special requirements
• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password
• Booking and payment records, such as order number, amount and payment status

Technical information

Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this only to keep the website secure and to understand how it is used.

Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare your itinerary and quotation
• Confirm and manage your booking, and send you booking and payment emails
• Provide customer support before, during and after your trip
• Keep records for accounting and legal purposes
• Protect the website against spam and abuse

Legal basis (for visitors from the EU and UK)

We process your personal data because it is necessary to answer your request and to perform our contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in operating our business securely, and — where required — because you have given us your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as necessary:

• Our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare)
• Our email delivery provider (Resend), which sends confirmation and notification emails
• Payment providers and banks, when a payment is made
• Local guides, hotels or transport partners, but only the details needed to deliver your trip
• Authorities, if we are legally required to do so

International transfers

Our website is hosted on a global network, so your information may be stored or processed in a country outside the one you live in. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact, and booking and payment records for up to 7 years where we are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to run the website, such as keeping you signed in to your account or to the admin area. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then stop working.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You may also object to certain uses.
